This policy applies to all paid orders on this website. By placing and paying for an order, you are deemed to accept all terms of this policy. All refund procedures shall be implemented in accordance with this policy and the settlement rules of QF Pay.
 

1. Refund Eligibility

 

1.1 Full Refund Available

 
  1. The order cannot be fulfilled due to out-of-stock, shortage or inability to ship;
  2. The product has quality issues, damage, incorrect delivery or missing items with valid proof provided;
  3. Duplicate payment or abnormal system deduction confirmed as genuine.
 

1.2 Partial Refund Available

 
  1. For returns without product quality issues, round-trip shipping fees will be deducted;
  2. Partial refund upon mutual negotiation for partially damaged or short-delivered items.
 

1.3 No Refund Granted

 
  1. Order has been shipped or is in transit, and the user cancels without legitimate reasons;
  2. Undeliverable or lost parcels caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the user;
  3. Customized products and special products marked as non-refundable;
  4. Goods signed and received, no quality issues, man-made damage or beyond the after-sales period;
  5. Malicious ordering, refund abuse or violation of transaction rules.
 

2. Refund Application Process

 
  1. Submit Application: Users must submit a refund request via customer service or email within 7 days after receipt, stating the order number, reason and relevant evidence;
  2. Review Period: We will complete the review and reply within 1–3 working days;
  3. Refund Execution: After approval, the refund will be processed via the original payment method through QF Pay;
  4. Arrival Time: Normally 3–7 working days, subject to the actual processing time of banks or payment institutions.
 

3. Refund Fee Statement

 
  1. If the refund is caused by our reasons (out of stock, quality problems, wrong delivery, system failure), all fees shall be borne by us;
  2. If the refund is due to personal reasons of the user, the user shall bear the incurred shipping fees and payment handling fees.
 

4. Special Notes

 
  1. Refund applications must be submitted by the original payer of the order;
  2. If the order involves risk control verification by QF Pay, the refund time will be extended accordingly;
  3. Any unmentioned matters shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by the relevant laws of Hong Kong.
